PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder including a delivery mechanism capable of surely delivering toilet paper. SOLUTION: This toilet paper holder 1A is formed of: a holder body 3 rotatably supporting toilet paper 2; a revolving cover 4 located above the paper 2; an energizing mechanism 5 for pressing the front end part 41 of the cover 4 toward the paper 1; a delivery roller 6 for rotating the paper to thereby deliver the leading edge of the paper 2; and an energizing force control mechanism 7 capable of controlling the energizing force of the energizing mechanism. In this holder 1A, when the delivery roller 6 is rotated, the paper 2 is rotated in the reverse direction to the rotating direction of the delivery roller 6 by frictional force between the lower part 62 of the delivery roller 6 and the outer peripheral surface of the toilet paper 2, so that the leading edge of the paper 2 is sequentially delivered downward.
