Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning method for enabling the experiment related to alcohol produced by microbial fermentation. SOLUTION: Dry yeast 22, culture media 27 an water are charged in a culture container 11 to prepare a liquid culture medium 15 and yeast fungi are propagated in the liquid culture medium 15. The gas which fills the space above the liquid culture medium 15 of the culture container 11 is sucked by a gas collector 60, and the sucked gas is introduced into a detection pipe 30 and the alcohol content in the gas is measured. When the measured value becomes a preliminarily calculated reference value or higher, the liquid culture medium 15 is charged in a fuel cell 50 and electricity is produced.
