| Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic exhibiting good usability such as smoothness in application and adhesiveness to the skin, exhibiting excellent luster and having excellent functionality such as durability and pigment dispersibility. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic contains components derived from animals or vegetables as ≥50% of the solid oil component, contains candelilla resin and hardened castor oil and/or Japan wax as essential components, and contains components derived from vegetables in an amount of ≥50% of the liquid oil component.
