Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rain water hard to move along a surface of a pivot holder and reach a coupling portion with a link mechanism. SOLUTION: The wiper device 15 comprises a pivot holder 20 fixed to a frame, a driving lever 22 of the link mechanism coupled to a pivot shaft 19 projecting downward from the pivot holder 20, a wiper motor rocking the pivot shaft 19 through the link mechanism, and a get-wet preventive member 34 attached to the pivot holder 20 and covering a coupling part between the pivot shaft 19 and the driving lever 22.
