Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular tissue for regeneration for sufficiently regenerating a defective part by promoting the new formation of a blood vessel by prosthesis of the tissue to the defective part and restoring its function in an early stage. SOLUTION: The tubular tissue 1 for regeneration includes: a tubular trilaminar cell layer 8 having an epithelial cell layer 4, formed to be a tubular shape by culturing the epithelial cells of the tubular tissue to be subjected to the prothesis, and endothelial layers 3, 5 of arteria and vein arranged in an adhesive state onto the epithelial cell layer 4 by holding the layer 4 between inner and outer sides in a radius direction; an adhesion preventing layer 2 for covering the outer surface of the trilaminar cell layer 8; a tubular tissue endothelial cell layer 6 for covering the inner surface of the trilaminar cell layer 8; and a stent 7 arranged inside the endothelial cell layer 6 thereby dilating the endothelial cell layer 6 outward in the radius direction.
