Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground-grouting agent which can easily adjust a gel time, and reduces the outflow of the solution after cured, and to provide a ground-grouting method using the same. SOLUTION: This ground-grouting agent is characterized by comprising an alkali metal silicate, a water-soluble titanium salt, and a carboxylate containing a group 1A element. The ground-grouting method is characterized by separately forcefully feeding an alkaline aqueous solution agent A containing an alkali metal silicate and an acidic aqueous solution agent B containing a water-soluble titanium salt and a carboxylate containing a group 1A element, and joining and mixing the agent A with the agent B at a place near to an injection port.
