Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that though a protector for limiting excessive displacement of a magnetic circuit section in collision has a shape almost like a dish, a press machine or a progressive die is required for manufacturing, and manufacturing costs are increased in the case of a metallic product, and an injection molding machine or a metallic mold is needed, and the thickness and the dimension are increased in the case of a plastic molded product, in an electric-sound-machine converter such as a microspeaker to be used for portable compact equipment or a multi-functional converter which generates a sound or vibration. SOLUTION: A protector is made of a plastic film. Manufacture is carried out under vacuum or pressurized air by thermoforming using a metallic mold. The materials can be arbitrarily selected from film materials of resin-based materials including, so called, composite materials. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
