Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic container which allows the easy checking of the formation therein of an oxidation silicon membrane, and furthermore for each container individually. SOLUTION: The plastic container (1) is constituted at least of a laminated layer material (S) with a substrate film (4) and a sealant layer (5) being laminated, having an oxidation silicon membrane formed on its inner surface by way of plasma CVD process, a spout (10) at its top crowning part, and a content-filling opening (20) at its bottom portion, the content-filling opening (20) being end-sealed. This plastic container (1) is characteristically provided with a deformation section (2) on a part of its end-seal section (3) before the oxidation silicon membrane is formed, while the end-seal section (3) with exception of the deformation section (2) is pre-treated so that the oxidation silicon membrane is not attached thereto when being formed.
