Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker with which the abnormal temperature rise of a mounting member is prevented, excellent heating efficiency is maintained and it is easy to clean stock or the like spilling from a container. SOLUTION: On the bottom surface of a pot 11, embosses 12 which can be abutted to the upper surface of the mounting member 6 are formed. Since the upper surface of the mounting member 6 can be flattened as much as possible, even when stock or the like spills from the pot 11, the upper surface of the mounting member 6 can be easily cleaned to the corners. Also, since electromagnetic induction heating of the pot 11 is performed by an induction heating coil 2, the pot 11 is excellently heated without being affected by a contact state with the mounting member 6 and there is no risk of the abnormal temperature rise of the mounting member 6. Also, the spilt stock is not immediately solidified on the upper surface of the mounting member 6 and cleanability as the cooker is improved in this view point as well. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
