Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material and a method for repairing cross sections which enable the repair of cross sections of concrete structures resulting in an excellent resistance against early age cracking in a short time. SOLUTION: The material for repairing cross sections contains cement, a hardening accelerator, a polymer, basaltic fibers and aggregate. Preferably, the hardening accelerator contains calcium aluminate and gypsum and the basaltic fibers are melt-spun ones. Preferably, 0.1-10 pts.mass of the basaltic fibers are contained in 100 pts.mass of the binder consisting of the cement and the hardening accelerator.
