PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an opening in a paper piece that works for concealment when unsealing a sealed letter obtained from a sheet for preparing the sealed letter, to place positions of separation for attaining the opening only in the paper piece working for concealment, to make cutting steps for unsealing unlimited and to ensure a wide information printing space in a portion for expression whereon the paper piece for concealment is not superposed. SOLUTION: The sheet 1 for preparing the sealed letter is made by sticking an upper sheet 2 and a lower sheet 3 together. An informing paper piece 6 and the concealing paper piece 7 are partitioned by a folding portion 5 and information is outputted to a heading printing area 8 and a first concealed information printing area 10 of the upper sheet 2 of the informing paper piece 6. A sticking means 14 consisting of an adhesive and sticking the upper sheet 2 and the lower sheet 3 together is exposed by removing portions 16 to be peeled off which are located on three sides of the concealing paper pieces 7. The concealing paper piece 7 is laid on the top of the informing paper piece 6 from the folding portion 5 and the informing paper piece 6 and the concealing paper piece 7 are stuck together with the sticking means 14.
