PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag making machine and a collecting method for ear parts capable of reducing work load of an operator to correct slackening of the ear part cut off from a web. SOLUTION: Traction devices 34 are installed in parallel by the same number as the numbers of the ear parts S to be cut off from the web by a cutting device at the downstream side of the cutting device. Respective ear parts S cut off by the cutting device are towed by the respective traction devices 34 one by one.
