Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing apparatus equipped with an adjusting plate for dust discharging designed to reasonably perform discharge of waste straws and effectively prevent loss at a dust outlet. SOLUTION: The threshing apparatus 1 is equipped with the adjusting plate for dust discharging 24 for preventing loss of grains to the outside of the machine in a wall part 16a on the transportation downstream side of a sieve case 16. In the threshing apparatus, the adjusting plate for dust discharging 24 is composed by installing a fixed part 24a along the wall part 16a on the transportation downstream side end of the sieve case 16 and a tilted part 24b extended from the top end of the fixed part 24a to the upper side on the oblique transportation downstream side.
