Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble removing device which can remove bubbles produced on a boundary between ready-mixed concrete and a foundation form with ease and in a short time when the ready-mixed concrete is poured in a gap between the foundation forms. SOLUTION: The bubble removing tool 10 is formed of: a motor 11 with a handle, for oscillating an oscillation section 14 by rotation of the motor; and a bubble removing plate 17 which is an aluminum rectangular thin plate having a plurality of pores 18 formed therein, and secured to the oscillation section 14 via one longitudinal end thereof.
