SOLUTION: The bubble removing tool 10 is formed of: a motor 11 with a handle, for oscillating an oscillation section 14 by rotation of the motor; and a bubble removing plate 17 which is an aluminum rectangular thin plate having a plurality of pores 18 formed therein, and secured to the oscillation section 14 via one longitudinal end thereof.
