Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which achieves a high precision trimming even when a reference voltage supplied to an AD converter varies. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with: a signal voltage output (1) to output a first signal voltage (S1) having a temperature dependence property, and a second signal voltage (S2) maintaining a fixed level; the AD converter (5) to convert an input signal voltage into a digital signal based on the reference voltage (AVRef); and a compensation code generator (6) to output a compensation code (S6) to correct a frequency of an oscillator (9) corresponding to the digital signal to be output from the AD converter (5). The AD converter (5) generates a first conversion signal (S3) to be obtained by converting the first signal voltage (S1) into the digital signal, and a second conversion signal (S4) to be obtained by converting the second signal voltage (S2) into the digital signal. The compensation code generator generates the compensation code corresponding to the first conversion signal (S3) and the second conversion signal (S4). COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
