Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform the information of simultaneous broadcast to all terminals in a wireless communication system even if terminals A1-A6 exceeding the number of terminals exist which can perform wireless communication with the base station equipment 2. SOLUTION: In base station equipment, a simultaneous broadcast receiving means receives the information of simultaneous broadcast from a simultaneous broadcast originating device, and a simultaneous broadcast transmission means performs wireless transmission of that information to a terminal connected wirelessly using a first communication system. When a terminal is connected wirelessly with the base station; an information receiving means receives the information of simultaneous broadcast, and a second wireless transmission means performs wireless transmission of information corresponding to that information using a second communication system. When the terminal is not connected wirelessly with the base station, a second wireless receiving means receives information which is transmitted wirelessly from other terminal using the second communication system.
