Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component concentration measuring instrument capable of solving problems relating to body movements, temperature change, external light or stray light and acoustic noise, improving reproducibility, reducing the possibility of falling while it is mounted, and accurately measuring component concentrations. SOLUTION: The component concentration measuring instrument comprises: a frame body for covering the outer periphery of a subject inserted from an opening; a pressurizing member for forming an airtight space arranged surrounding the subject on the inner side of the frame body and pressurizing the subject corresponding to a pressure inside the airtight space; a light emission means provided in the pressurizing member for emitting intensity modified light toward the subject; and an acoustic detection means provided in the pressurizing member for detecting acoustic waves from the subject.
