Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device which is miniaturized, which is not complicated and which can adjust the optical axes of two lens holding frames. SOLUTION: The lens device is provided with: a lens barrel having a lens system comprising a plurality of lenses; the first and the second lens holding frames 21 and 61 respectively holding the first and the second movable lens groups 10 and 11 of the lens system; a main guide shaft 31 piercing through the two lens holding frames 21 and 61 in common so as to support them movably; two sub guide shafts respectively supporting the two lens holding frames 21 and 61 in cooperation with the main guide shaft 31; and an eccentric turning member supported turnably in the lens barrel and also supporting one end of the main guide shaft 31 turnably at a position eccentric from the center of turning. By turning the eccentric turning member, one end is circularly moved with the other end of the main guide shaft 31 as a fulcrum, so as to displace the positions of the two lens holding frames 21 and 61 simultaneously.
