Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device exhibiting low sensitivity to noise for a large bandwidth or a possible high data transfer rate. SOLUTION: Each coupler element arranged in at least one component is composed of at least one resonator of a single element which can resonate itself and independent from other coupler elements. The element is connected with a constitution having a resonance frequency substantially equal to the frequency of a signal transmitted through a line which terminates individual resonators in nonreflection modes.
