Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate precise control of a fuel injection quantity, in an injector used for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This solenoid fuel injection valve has a valve element 103 for opening a fuel passage by separating from a valve seat by closing the fuel passage by abutting on the valve seat, a coil 105 and a magnetic core 101 arranged as a driving means of the valve element 103, a moving piece 102 held in a relatively displaceable state to the valve element 103, a first energizing means 106 energizing the valve element 103 in the inverse direction of the direction of driving force, a second energizing means 108 energizing the moving piece 102 in the direction of the driving force by energizing force smaller than energizing force by the first energizing means 106, and a regulating means for regulating relative displacement in the direction of the driving force to the valve element 103 of the moving piece 102.
