Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester compound excellent in impact resistance, a production method thereof and a molded article using the compound. SOLUTION: This aliphatic polyester compound comprises a polarized natural rubber produced by polarizing natural rubber and an aliphatic polyester and is produced by the chemical bonding between a polar group of the polarized natural rubber and an aliphatic polyester. As the polarized natural rubber, that in which an epoxy group is introduced as a polar group is preferred. Preferably, the polarized natural rubber has been subjected to a deproteinizing treatment. In the polarized natural rubber which has been subjected to a deproteinizing treatment, a chemical bond between a polar group and an aliphatic polyester is more effectively formed than in a polarized natural rubber which has not been subjected to a deproteinizing treatment.
