Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial filter capable of improving the absorption efficiency of an electric field by an absorber and easily connecting a waveguide to an outer conductor. SOLUTION: The coaxial filter comprises: a rectangular coaxial line 1 for which a center conductor 6 in a rectangular column shape and an outer conductor 7 in a rectangular cylindrical shape are arranged including the center conductor 6 inside the hollow of the outer conductor 7 so that respective axes are common and the side face of the center conductor 6 is parallel with the inner wall surface of the outer conductor 7 and a plurality of connection holes 4 are formed on two surfaces of the outer conductor 7 facing each other across the axis; and a plurality of waveguides 2 having the absorber 3 for absorbing the electric field. Each of the plurality of waveguides 2 is connected to the outer conductor 7 so that openings are connected with the plurality of connection holes 4.
