PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior trimming material for a vehicle and an assembling method of an interior trimming material for the vehicle, which easily perform its assembling and certainly fixes it according to its use regarding the interior trimming material for the vehicle comprising two or more of parts, for example, such as a door trim provided with an arm rest. SOLUTION: The interior trimming material 1 for the vehicle comprising at least two parts is provided with: a claw part 31 provided on one part 20 side; an engagement part 32 of the claw part 31 provided on the other part 10 side; and a boss part 33 provided adjacent to the engagement part 32.
