Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance while securing the strength of the diaphragm for pressure receiving in the pressure sensor provided with the diaphragm, the surface of which is receiving surface of measurement pressure. SOLUTION: The pressure sensor is provided with a pressure receiving diaphragm 10 having a pressure receiving surface 11 in an end part of a case 1. The pressure receiving diaphragm 10 is composed of a coating layer 13 for coating the surface of the pressure receiving surface 11 side of a main body 12 and the receiving side in the main body 12. The main body 12 is made of stainless steel stronger than the coating layer 13 in the mechanical strength, and the coating layer 13 is made of titanium or titanium compound better than the main body in the corrosion resistivity than the main body 12.
