PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine power generator free from such a risk that a claw holding a protector is broken and the circuit protector comes off from a power distribution panel caused by the inclination of a circuit protector mounted to a power distribution panel. SOLUTION: At least one pair of opposing ribs 110, 111 for inclination prevention with a protector housing 200 of the circuit protector 2 between inside the power distribution panel 1 is protruded and installed integrally at the peripheral part of a protector retaining hole of the power distribution panel, and the protector housing 200 is arranged in a pinched state between at least a pair of the ribs for inclination prevention. A locking claw for fall-off prevention to prevent the fall-off of the circuit protector 2 by locking the other end of the protector housing 200 has been formed at the end of the side separated away from the protector retaining hole of a rib for inclination prevention.
