Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved art joining elastic gel to the outer surface of a woven fabric of a velvet toy. SOLUTION: The toy doll assembly and its manufacturing method are provided. The toy doll has a body structure part having an outside part appearing the outside. The outside part appearing outside the doll has at least a single first section composed of a woven fabric and at least a second section composed of an elastic gel material. The first section and the second section are connected along at lease a single common seam part. The toy doll is formed of the woven fabric and the elastic gel material so as to form the toy doll having contrasting tactile characteristics.
