PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device capable of washing the object to be washed (e.g., chipped PET bottles) according to the kind of the object by providing several washing methods, and effectively using a space in an outer drum. SOLUTION: The washing device A1 is constituted so that an outer cylindrical part 40 is rotated by a drive part 120, an inner cylindrical part 70 is rotated by a drive part 130, the outer and inner cylindrical parts 40, 70 rotate independently, and the rotation direction and rotation speed can be optionally adjusted.
