SOLUTION: The washing device A1 is constituted so that an outer cylindrical part 40 is rotated by a drive part 120, an inner cylindrical part 70 is rotated by a drive part 130, the outer and inner cylindrical parts 40, 70 rotate independently, and the rotation direction and rotation speed can be optionally adjusted.
