PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bleaching agent article contained in a container comprising a container having a transparent measuring cap and, filled therein, the liquid bleaching agent composition that exerts no bad influences on the transparent measuring cap even when the liquid bleaching agent composition is left in the transparent measuring cap at the time of use or the like, and the liquid bleaching agent composition. SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching agent composition comprises (a) hydrogen peroxide, (b) a surfactant, (c) bishydroxyethylene terephthalate or bishydroxydiethylene terephthalate, and (d) water, wherein the contents of the components (a), (b), (c) and (d) in the composition are 0.5-5 mass%, 2-20 mass%, 0.01-5 mass% and 70-95 mass%, respectively. The liquid bleaching agent article contained in a container comprises the container having the transparent measuring cap and, filled therein, the liquid bleaching agent composition.
