Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain sufficiently large output laser light from a wavelength converting device in semiconductor laser light source equipment wherein a semiconductor laser device and the wavelength converting device for outputting the second harmonic of the laser light obtained from the semiconductor laser device are arranged on a base member, and a diffraction grating for reflecting the light having a specific wavelength is provided in a part of an optical fiber for leading the laser light outputted from the semiconductor device to the wavelength converting device. SOLUTION: The diffraction grating 3 is mounted on a mount 28 which is temperature-conditioned by a temperature-conditioning device and installed on the base member 21. The semiconductor laser device 2 is supported by a rotational operation member 30 which is capable of heat exchange with the mount 28, and rotationally operable about an axis of the optical fiber F at the end thereof near the semiconductor laser device 2.
