PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection system, a collection management server, a collection instruction program and a collection management program, capable of preventing omission of a collected object. SOLUTION: In this collection system, the management server 1 is connected with a reception terminal 2, a delivery company terminal 3, a sorting terminal 4 and a printer 5 via a network. The management server 1 has: a user information storage part 20 storing user information including at least a location of a collection destination; and a reception information storage part 12 storing reception information including at least the number of boxes to be collected C3 each storing a cartridge desired by a user. The management server 1 generates a collection number to the reception information, and transmits the reception information and the user information to the delivery company terminal as slip information.
