Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grooved bolt and a cylindrical washer with projection free from loosening of a screw. SOLUTION: A groove is formed on a screw thread of the bolt, and the washer provided with projection on its bottom surface to be fitted to the groove of the bolt, is formed into the cylindrical shape. As the bolt and the washer are fixed, and then a nut and the washer can be fixed, the bolt, the washer and the nut can be integrated, and the loosening of the bolt and the nut can be prevented.
