PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy managing system which can perform an energy analysis such as the derivation of unit consumption for each process of a plant, and can find out effective energy saving measures, and to provide an energy analyzing system. SOLUTION: A watt-hour meter 1 and a flow meter 2 are provided for each process of the plant, and measured values are transmitted via each controller 20 to a monitoring control system 10. The monitoring control system 10 acquires energy unit consumption in each process based on electric energy data and flow rate data, displays the unit consumption on a display section, and the data from a printer are outputted as a report.
