Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cooling performance of a kneaded material and to individually adjust cooling temperatures of the first half and the second half of a migration area of the kneaded material. SOLUTION: In the kneading apparatus of kneading the kneaded material charged in a casing 10 by rotating a kneading rotor 20 mounted in the casing 10, the first passage 25 of a cooling medium and the second passage 26 of the cooling medium, both being independent of each other and circulating the cooling medium to the first half 21 and the second half 22, are formed in the first half 21 and the second half 22 of the kneading rotor 20, respectively.
