PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed and stable hook fitting supply mechanism in a hook fitting sewing machine. SOLUTION: The end part 8 of a hook takeout plate 1 inserted into a bottom discharge hole 7 in front of the end exit of a chute 25, which houses hook fitting H inside a groove in a chain shape and is inclined downwards to the side of a sewing part 82 from a direction orthogonal to tape feed, catches a hook fitting H positioned several pieces before the hook fitting H at the head of the end exit of the chute 25, pushes out the hook fitting H continued at the front of the hook fitting H and thus takes out the hook fitting H at the head to a hook receiving plate 3. A hook fitting catching part 10 of a hook feed plate 2 catches the hook fitting H taken out to the hook receiving plate 3 and feeds it to the sewing part 82 along a tape feed direction.
