SOLUTION: In the fixing device of a heat roller system wherein the heat transmission member is disposed rotatably in contact with a surface of the pressure roller, the heat transmission member 11 includes an inner layer heat insulating member 12 made of a cylindrical body and an outer layer member made of a cylindrical body attached by being fitted to an outer periphery of the member 12, and the outer layer member has a plurality of good heat conduction parts 14 and heat insulating parts 15 alternately disposed therein in a circumferential direction thereof.
