Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-MadCAM (mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule) antibody composition containing a chelating agent, and to provide a method for treating target inflammatory diseases. SOLUTION: This anti-MadCAM antibody composition contains (a) at least one of the chelating agent and (b) at least one antibody containing an amino acid sequence in which at least 90% thereof is identical to a heavy chain amino acid sequence expressed in sequence ID number 2 and an amino acid sequence in which at least 90% thereof is identical to a light chain amino acid sequence expressed in sequence ID number 4, wherein the antibody combines with a human MadCAM.
