Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle wireless hands-free apparatus with ease of use. SOLUTION: A transmission circuit of a transmitter 21 wirelessly transmits a voice signal received by a mobile phone SP to a reception circuit of an earphone 11 via a pickup microphone 5 of a pickup clip 3. When a recording/reproduction changeover switch switches a recording/reproduction circuit to a recordable state in advance in the earphone 11, an earphone state detection sensor senses that the earphone 11 is removed from the apparatus main body 2 when the earphone 11 is removed from the apparatus main body 2. A received voice signal is overwrite-recorded on a recording medium on the basis of the sensing signal and outputted to an earphone speaker. When the earphone 11 is returned to the apparatus main body 2, the received voice is outputted from a speaker 26 of the apparatus main body 2, a user hears directly the voice through its ears, and the succeedingly received voice is not overwrite-recorded on the recording medium.
