Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a rotation period of an engine by simple work. SOLUTION: A signal detected by a probe 40 attached to a grounding side of an electric power source connected to an igniter for igniting the engine is input into an F-V conversion circuit 58 through an amplifying circuit 52, a filter circuit 54 and a detection circuit 56. The F-V conversion circuit 58 outputs a voltage in response to a frequency band of the output signal from the detection circuit 56, and determines a pulse width of a noise masking signal from a timer circuit 60. An input control circuit 62 masks a noise signal from the output signal of the detection circuit 56, using the noise masking signal output from the timer circuit 60. A signal of the engine rotation period 66 is output based on a signal of the restrained noise signal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
