PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove capable of preventing temperature raise of the circumference of a cooking stove and the inside of a main body, and simultaneously securing high heat efficiency, with respect to a cooking stove using petroleum or the like. SOLUTION: As an annular burner 1 provided with a flame hole portion 8 on its inner periphery, is mounted in a top plate 14 provided with a first opening portion 15, a straightening vane body 22 and a burner table 25 having a second opening portion 23 for loading a broth pan 24 are respectively mounted on upper and lower portions of the burner 1, and a shielding body 28 for shielding a main body part 26 is mounted around the second opening portion 23 of the burner table 25, the shielding body 28 prevents inflow of a large quantity of air from the second opening portion 23 regardless of presence or absence of the broth pan 24, the balance of air flow around the burner 1 can be properly kept, and the flame 30 can be directed to a center, thus high heat efficiency can be secured, and the temperature raise of the circumference of the cooking stove and the inside of main body can be prevented.
