PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container designed to store various items by closing both ends of its cylindrical body, in which coverings at both ends of the cylindrical body are securely locked by a simple structure and easily attached or detached. SOLUTION: A storage container has a storage barrel formed in a cylindrical shape, and lids capable of closing the openings of both ends of the storage barrel. Each lid includes a base having a bottom plate whose shape is almost identical to the cross-sectional shape of the storage barrel, insertion parts fitted along the inside of the storage barrel, and freely bendable sandwiching flaps fitted on the external faces of the storage barrel. The storage barrel is sandwiched between the insertion parts and the sandwiching flaps.
