Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an driver control device for a motorcycle being easily applied to a small vehicle and capable of suppressing a load applied to an driver without making a restriction part to a large size. SOLUTION: A flange 32 for supporting a hinge shaft 31 is projected to an upper end of a head pipe 11 and the other end of a pad support arm 33 provided with an driver control pad 30 at one end is pivotally supported by the hinge shaft 31 tiltably in a forward direction while clamping the head pipe 11. A piston rod 40a of a damper 40 is connected to a neighborhood to a bending part of the pad support arm 33. A lower end of the damper 40 is supported by a stay 34 extending to a front side near a lower end of the head pipe 11. Since a part of the front load applied to the control pad 30 is acted from the pad support arm 33 on the damper 40 making the hinge shaft 31 as fulcrum and is absorbed by compressing the damper 40, the load applied to the driver can be relaxed.
