Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business management system for quantitative and scientific projects by focusing on numerical data derived from emails received and sent. SOLUTION: The business management system comprises a document storage operation part 103, a document storage and display part 104, a document receiving/sending process part 101, a document storage part 102, a comparison reference part 107, a process operation part 105, a document processing part 106 and a process display part 108. About the business that is performed within determined ranges, the numerical data of documents received and sent in relation to the business are collected using a predetermined and stored in one or more kinds of determined cycles. A comparison is made between numerical reference values predetermined for the different cycles and stored values, and differences between corresponding parts are determined.
