Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chilled/hot water storage-type air conditioning system capable of suppressing an increase in dissolved oxygen concentration without providing a large-scale deaerator. SOLUTION: A building air conditioning piping system 16 receives supply of water retaining heat from a heat source system 11. A supply-side circulating pipe 18 of the piping system 16 guides the water from the heat source system 11 to a fan coil 19, and the water heat-exchanged by the fan coil is returned to the heat source system 11 through a return-side circulating pipe 20. An automatic air vent valve 24 with non-return function provided on the return-side circulating pipe 20 discharges air contained in the circulating pipe 20 when the circulating pipe 20 is in a positive pressure, and arrests inclusion of air to the circulating pipe 20 when the circulating pipe 20 is in a negative pressure.
