Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems encountered in known containers each with an improved barrier effect, and to propose a container which protects its contents while being easy to manufacture, using less complex means under acceptable economic conditions. SOLUTION: A method for forming the container such as a bottle or flask consists in: a step of introducing into a chamber, wherein a high vacuum has been generated, a container blank made of a polymer material forming a substrate; a step of injecting the reaction chamber with at least a carbon precursor being gaseous phase under very low pressure, the precursor being selected from among alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, aromatic compounds or the like; and a step of generating in the reaction chamber a microwave electromagnetic excitation in a UHF (ultrahigh-frequency) domain with relatively low power for generating a plasma in temperature conditions which maintain the polymer material at a temperature lower than glass transition temperature and which bring about the deposit of an overhydrogenerated carbon material with polymer trend.
