Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method for manufacturing a sintered ore, which reduces variation in a granulation index GI of a granulated substance 16, thereby reducing the variation in the product yield of the sintered ore, and more reliably securing the product yield, in a process of manufacturing the sintered ore by the steps of: adding pisolite ore 2 and particular hematite ore 3 to Maramanba ore 1; mixing and granulating the mixture with the use of a high-speed stirring mixer 14 to form the granulated substance 16; then adding a solid fuel 4 and another ore 5 thereto; mixing and granulating the mixture again with the use of another granulating machine 17 to form a sintering raw material 18; and sintering it. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises: adding water 12 in an amount of having subtracted a water amount corresponding to 10 to 20% of the target water content from the total amount of the additive water, which is a necessary amount for giving the granulated substance 16 a target water content, before the ores are charged into the high-speed stirring mixer 14; and adding the remaining water 15 when the high-speed stirring mixer 14 mixes and granulates them.
