Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LED road traffic signal lamp which hardly gives incompatibility to healthy people by performing, to a red or yellow LED signal lamp which confuses color-blind people, mark patterning by a chromaticity discriminable by the color-blind people from a fixed distance and causing no mixing discoloration to the whole body. SOLUTION: This signal lamp comprises red LED elements 3 circularly aligned on a circular printed board 2, and identification LED elements 5 aligned in this group of red LED elements 3 in X-shape. Therefore, color-blind people can discriminate the identification LED elements 5 even from a fixed distance. The chromaticity is set so as to cause no mixing discoloration to the whole body, or the luminance of the X-shape of the identification LED elements 5 is reduced, whereby healthy people can see the signal lamp with hardly feeling incompatibility similarly to a conventional red LED signal lamp, while the color-blind people can precisely recognize necessary information of lighting/extinguishing of the red LED signal lamp.
