PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the uneven baking by complicating the movement of food by providing a plate with complicated rotation by rotating the plate on a center of the rotating motion, besides the simple rotating motion, so that the food is moved from a central part to an outer part or from the outer part to the central part in a microwave oven. SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of rotating motions are given to the plate with a simple structure by allowing the plate to be rotated on the center of its rotating motion or allowing the plate to be rotated in an inner slope of an outer periphery, thus the food is rotated while being moved from the central part to the outer periphery and from the outer periphery to the central part in the microwave oven besides being rotated in the microwave oven.
