Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive member which constitutes a contact charging means for image formation, and prevents contamination of a photoreceptor, causes neither deterioration of conductivity nor image degradation, has superior durability by suppressing adhesion of paper dust, toner, etc., and preventing bleeding from within the means or from within the means and from an outermost layer film, in a contact charging means of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The semiconductive member for image formation is characterized in that a material, constituting an outermost layer of a contact charging means of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, contains at least an inorganic filler for intercalation and conductive particles.
